I teach Ashtanga vinyasa yoga, in the tradition of Manju Jois with a lightness to accommodate all student levels. This is a vigorous and focused class that helps to build strength, suppleness and stamina. Modifications given where needed.

Private Yoga Sessions
Yoga is for Every - Body!
In Private yoga sessions each class is personalized to your body and where your body is. We set short -and long -term goals and progress in the speed your body is set for. We work on safe alignment and proper breathing. Typically, I'll give homework, things for you to practice at home to help build your overall practice.
I work with individuals new to yoga and those seeking to deepen their practice. For private yoga to be most beneficial, it is best to commit to once per week.
Sessions can be 60 or 90 minutes

I am also available for social and corporate special event yoga classes. A class is created specifically for your group.
