Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Massage:
MLD is a massage of gentle movements developed in 1932 by Dr. Emil Vodder. MLD specifically focuses on your lymph nodes and vessels to help the flow of lymphatic fluid throughout the body. Benefits include decreased swelling and body fluid balance. Great for aiding in detoxification and giving a boost to your immune system. Also a good procedure for pre and post surgery to minimize swelling.
